Poor sleep. Hard training. Long, stressful hours hunched over a desk. Modern life is hard on the body and the mind. Over time, that strain settles into the neck, shoulders, and back, draining your energy, restricting movement, and making life feel harder than it should.
I know that pattern first-hand. I have lived it myself through years in the London tech world, capoeira and gymnastics, and the physical toll of keeping up with work, sport, and family life. That is why I built Essential Studio: to offer tailored massage therapy that helps you feel lighter, more present, and better able to function day to day.

All new clients begin with a First Session. After that, you choose the session length that best fits what you need on the day.

For a clear target area or focused follow-up work.

Standard
The usual follow-up session length. Enough time to settle in, work with intent, and bring the session to a natural close.

About Essential Studio

Arnaud BloisFounder and lead practitioner
I have worked in fast-moving leadership roles in the London tech world, trained in gymnastics and capoeira, and dealt with the tension, knocks, and recovery that come with pushing the body hard. As a father of two young children, I also know what it is to keep going when sleep is short and the days are full.
Living that way led me to a simple question: how do you stay clear, resilient, and capable when life puts your body and mind under constant load?
It is what led me to train in massage therapy. I trained in anatomy, physiology, and soft-tissue work, qualified with ITEC Level 3 in Massage Therapy, and continued with Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release.
What matters to me is not pampering for its own sake, but work that helps you feel and function better. The aim is simple: to help you move better, feel less worn down, and meet the demands of your life more fully.
